I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I am currently a teacher at St. John's School in Guam, and going to school full time at the University of Guam in hopes to fulfill my Master's degree in Special Education and my teaching certificate. My students are definitely a handful, but I enjoy every waking moment with them. They light up my world and make me who I am today. I love the challenge in this job and love the fact that even with the smallest children I can make a difference. I would love to have children sometime in the near future and can't wait for my husband to become a father. I have been married for three years and ten months. I really can't believe how time flies when you're living on a small island. My husband and I have been living on Guam for a year and 6 months now(wow, time flies). Why Guam everyone asks. Guam was decided due to business opportunities, housing, and starting a family; however, I believe that it has been more than that. I believe that moving to Guam helped me discover my passion (children) and gave me the opportunity to become a mother (almost). Although it has not happened yet, I believe that it will happen sometime in the near future.
